We will arrive one hour prior to the event start time to set-up. After set-up we will begin to capture a quick reference photo of each guest who wishes to be sketched and begin drawing from the event photos on a first-come, first-served basis. The finished sketches will be sealed in a card sleeve for protection and will be displayed gallery style for your guests to pick up throughout the event.
Each sketch takes approximately 10-15 minutes (up to 20 minutes for 2 people) to complete and we ask 1-2 people maximum, per page. No repeats (to help ensure all guests who want to be sketched, get sketched).
The number of people that can be sketched at an event may vary. A total of 30 sketches are guaranteed to be completed within the 4 hour time frame. During the event sketches are completed at a steady pace to help ensure an appropriate amount of sketches for the time allotted.
Any portraits not finished in the 4 hours within the 30 guarantee will be taken back to the studio to be completed at no additional cost. If more than 30 sketches are completed in the 4 hour time, those additional sketches are included in the package cost. Any additional sketches outside of the 4 hours and guaranteed 30, can be completed in studio for an additional fee of $20 per sketch. Sketches will be mailed to you or your event coordinator for personal or thank you card distribution to your guests.
A table to work at, minimally 3’x 3’, that is seated/desk height and two chairs. We will provide a tablecloth for the table surface as well as a display for completed sketches.
Depending on availability, bookings can occur anywhere from 2 weeks to 18 months in advance. Our calendar fills up very quickly, so it is recommended to reach out as soon as possible. Fill out the request form and we will respond as soon as possible! To finalize and complete a booking requires a deposit and a signed agreement.
Yes! We are based in the Orlando area, and can travel worldwide to illustrate for your event. Travel fees will be discussed at the time of booking, quotes include but are not limited to ground transportation, airfare, and lodging.
Absolutely! Send the logo, artwork, or phrase that you would like to be added to the paper. It will be professionally printed before illustrating your event. Please be sure to provide print details 60 days before your event to ensure print quality. Additional fees may apply based on package selection.
Yes! The bride and groom will be illustrated on a separate day to ensure the artwork is thoroughly detailed and not rushed. This artwork will be done on 9x12 paper (as opposed to the 5x7 for the guests), framed, and then mailed to you within 2 weeks of your wedding day.
Cancellations must be made 60 days before the event. The deposit is non-refundable.
